The new Endress Hauser conductivity sensor has been specifically developed for hygienic applications in the pharmaceutical and bio-scientific sector, such as phase separations, chromatography, fermentation, CIP, monitoring and ultrafiltration.
The sensor has electropolished surfaces that ease the cleaning; the measurement of conductivity is performed through four platinum electrodes housed in a ceramic element, which can guarantee the stability of the device even during significant temperature changes, safeguarding cleanability and hygiene.
Thanks to Memosens digital technology, CLS82D unites process safety and data integrity: features which make the device suitable for the use in various manufacturing fields, including the pharmaceutical industry as well as the food industry.
