Hans Beckhoff, Managing Director of Beckhoff Automation – the main business unit of Beckhoff Group – expressed his satisfaction for US election’s results.
Endorsing Donald Trump’s victory, Beckhoff used a paradox (“people expressing an opposition to democracy marks in fact a democratic change”) and stated that the new president, who comes from the private sector and has a strong knowledge of business environment, could stimulate a balanced social development on the long-term.
Beckhoff – who shares with Trump some features, such as the fact that both inherited wealthy companies from their fathers and love wispy hairstyles – highlighted how this result could benefit the business, representing an opportunity for solid German companies operating worldwide, such as Beckhoff.
